The shape however, will be strongly influenced by the standard rectangular design and permitted heights. Yes, you may deviate slightly, but in general the main choices you will be making are for doors, positioning and sizing of windows, power points, lighting etc, all influenced by you during design stage.

We offer a variety of premium finishes, including timber T&G Spruce, Cedar, Siberian Larch, or a wide selection of maintenance-free composite cladding available in various colors and textures.
Add to this the options of external silicone render finishes and fully plaster skimmed internals for a sleek polished look, to achieve a luxurious lounge nestled within your garden, offering unmatched style and comfort.
THERMAL EFFICIENCY:
What truly sets our garden rooms apart is our commitment to creating highly functional spaces that remain comfortable in all seasons via exceptional U-values.
Walls: 100mm accoustic insulation batt or 90mm PIR in between studs, with an optional further overlay of 32 mm PIR thermally backed plasterboard.
Floors: 100mm PIR between joists or integrated into a concrete base below 12/18mm laminate flooring.
Roofs: 100mm PIR with an option of a further overlay of 32 mm PIR thermally backed plasterboards.
Glazing: Standard 1.2 UV glass rating shatter proof argon gas filled double glazed units.
This means you'll enjoy your cabin even in the coldest winter months with minimal heating, while in the height of summer, your cabin will stay refreshingly cool, day and night.
